Find My Bus (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “the platform”) is a community-powered platform that helps users discover and contribute public and shared transport trip information, including buses, vans, and other shared transport services.
We respect user privacy and aim to collect and retain only the information reasonably necessary for operating, maintaining, verifying, and improving the platform.
The Find My Bus mobile application does not require a user account and does not directly collect personal information through its normal in-app functionality.

Users may voluntarily contribute public or shared transport trip information through an external contribution form linked from the app.
The contribution form may request an email address. Providing an email address through the contribution process is not required to use the Find My Bus mobile application.
Information submitted through the contribution form may include trip details, route information, stop information, timings, vehicle or service information, and other information provided by the contributor.
When a user submits transport information through the external contribution form, we may retain the original submission record after the information has been reviewed, analyzed, and processed for use on the Find My Bus platform.

Original submission records are kept privately and are not intended to be published or made publicly available to other Find My Bus users.
Access to original submission records is restricted to the platform owner and authorized administrators who require access for legitimate operational, verification, moderation, security, or legal purposes.
After review and processing, selected information from user contributions may be added to the Find My Bus database and displayed to users of the platform.
Published information may include transport service or vehicle information, routes, stops, trip details, and scheduled or approximate timings.
Personal contact information, such as a contributor's email address, is not intended to be displayed publicly as part of a transport trip listing.

Find My Bus uses third-party services to operate and maintain parts of the platform. These may include Firebase services for application data storage, database functionality, hosting, and related infrastructure.
User contributions may be collected through an external form service, such as Google Forms. Information submitted through an external service may also be subject to that service provider's own privacy policy and terms.
We recommend that users review the privacy practices of third-party services before voluntarily providing information through those services.
We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.

Find My Bus is intended to support public and shared transport trip information from locations around the world. Information submitted to or processed by the platform may therefore relate to transport services in different countries.
