Find My Bus is a community-powered platform for discovering and contributing public and shared transport trip information from locations around the world.
The platform may include information about buses, vans, shared transport vehicles, and other public or shared transport services, including routes, stops, trip details, and scheduled or approximate timings.
Find My Bus does not operate or control the transport services listed on the platform. Transport information may change and may not always be complete, current, or accurate.
Users can voluntarily submit new or missing public or shared transport trip information through an external contribution form linked from the app.
Submitted information may be reviewed, analyzed, verified, standardized, corrected, or otherwise processed before being added to the Find My Bus platform. Submission does not guarantee that the information will be published.
The Find My Bus mobile application does not require a user account, login, or authentication for normal use and does not directly require users to provide personal information through the normal in-app experience.
When users voluntarily submit transport information through the external contribution form, an email address may be requested for purposes such as verification, clarification, moderation, fraud prevention, or communication related to the submission.
We may retain the original submission record, including submitted trip information and an email address where provided, after the submission has been analyzed and processed.
Original submission records are kept privately and are not intended to be publicly displayed. Access may be restricted to the platform owner and authorized administrators for legitimate purposes such as verification, moderation, source tracking, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Information submitted through the external form is not used for unrelated marketing purposes.
If you find a trip, route, stop, timing, or other transport information that appears to be incorrect, outdated, duplicated, or misleading, please contact us at the email address above.
Where possible, include the relevant transport service, route, stop, displayed information, and the correction you believe is required.
We may review correction or removal requests and take appropriate action based on the information available to us.
